PSYCAS Supplemental Application Form

To be considered for admission, the following application materials must be submitted directly to PSYCAS prior to the December 1 deadline for the Clinical Psychology program and December 15 for the PsyD School Psychology program:

• Supplemental Application must be submitted or your application will not be reviewed. Please submit the following to complete the supplemental application.
  • $60 Adelphi University application fee 
  • Adelphi Supplemental Application Form
• Official transcripts of all previous undergraduate and graduate work. Failure to provide official transcripts from all schools attended will delay the processing of your application. International applicants must submit official transcripts and evaluations directly to Adelphi University.  
• All graduate applicants with undergraduate level work completed outside of the US will be required to send a course-by-course evaluation of their academic work prepared by a NACES member organization. 
• Final transcripts indicating a conferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• For International Students: TOEFL, DET, or IELTS Scores should be forwarded directly to Adelphi University, using code 2003
• Letters of recommendation
