Prepare for your senior year college music auditions with confidence! This workshop equips young musicians with valuable insights, expert tips, and strategies to ace their auditions. We'll break down the process, making it simple and stress-free, so you perform your best. In addition to the mock auditions, the Department of Music faculty will run Masterclasses throughout the day. All masterclasses are open to the public. Please note, not every student will be able to perform in the masterclass. Students selected to participate in the masterclass will have the opportunity to perform their music selection in front of an audience and work one on one with the Department of Music faculty, receiving immediate feedback.
Students interested in participating in the Masterclass portion of the Junior Audition Workshop must register no later than January 26, 2026.
As a student who has indicated they would like to be considered for the Junior Audition Workshop Masterclass, please email sdelgiorno@adelphi.edu a copy of your complete repertoire list and/or music resume no later than January 19, 2024.
Disclaimer: The Masterclass is open to the public. Please note, not every student will be selected to perform in the masterclass. Selected students will be notified by January 12. If selected, the student will then be asked to email the title of the piece to be performed in the masterclass to sdelgiorno@adelphi.edu. Please limit the music selection to no more than five minutes.
