Presenters will compete for a full-tuition scholarship to Adelphi University, along with additional scholarship opportunities.

After the deadline, all applications will be reviewed and selected students will be contacted via email with next steps and additional details about the presentation process. You may complete the application in one sitting or return later to finish—just be sure that all required materials are submitted by March 15.

Tell us about your project which will be a poster presentation. Your proposal should include:
Your topic and main question or idea
Why this topic matters (to you or to others)
How you plan to explore or create your project
What you hope to learn, discover, or create
Why your project would be a good fit for Adelphi’s Scholarship & Research Conference
Think of this as explaining your idea to someone who’s interested but doesn’t know your project yet.

A teacher, counselor, or mentor should provide a brief recommendation for you. The recommendation should confirm the following:
Mentors are welcome to include any additional thoughts about your work, skills, or readiness.

A visual sample or creative excerpt
A brief video (up to 2 minutes) explaining your project
