For the Love of Art Nomination Form - Art Foundations

To nominate a student for the Fall 2026 Art Foundations program, complete and submit the below form. You will receive an automated confirmation email upon submitting.

Please nominate students who can commit to the entirety of the program. If a student misses more than two classes they will be removed from the program.

Once we process the nomination (please allow up to 5 business days), both you and the student will receive an email detailing next steps and program information.

As a reminder, we allow up to 4 nominations (2 for Art Foundations and 2 for Graphic Design), per school. Priority will be given to Juniors and Seniors.
