For the Love of Art Nomination Form - Graphic Design

To nominate a student for the Fall 2024 Graphic Design program, complete and submit the below form. You will receive an automated confirmation email upon submitting. 

Please nominate students who can commit to the entirety of the program. Missing more than two classes will result in a removal from the program.

Once we process the nomination (please allow up to 5 business days), both you and the student will receive an email detailing next steps and program information.

As a reminder, we allow up to 4 nominations (2 for Art Foundations and 2 for Graphic Design), per school.
